Departure:

by 12 noon. If the departure time is not respected, an extra day will be charged.

Payments:

at the check-in on the day of arrival for the entire stay with cash or credit card.

Extension of stay:
|
until the last morning between 8.30 a.m. and 9 a.m. at the latest.
We recommend inquiring the day before departure.

| Teenagers: |
Teenagers under the age of 18 are only admitted to the camp if accompanied by parents/guardians.
|
| Children: |
0 - 5 years free of charge and exempt from paying tourist tax;
6 - 13 years 50% and exempt from payment of tourist tax.
|
| Schools/groups: |
are admitted only if booked in advance and accompanied by the responsible teacher or guardian. School groups are not accepted from mid-July to mid-August.
|
| Guests: |
please register at reception, CHF 5.00/day.
|
| Dogs: |
according to local regulations, dogs are not allowed on the beach from 01.06. to 30.09.2023.
Dogs are allowed at the campsite during the low season and only if kept on a leash.
|
| Parking spaces: |
some are available but cannot be guaranteed. There is a public car parking in the immediate vicinity.
|
| Boat moorings: |
possible only by reservation! Please let us know if you plan to arrive by boat.
|
| Assignment of pitches: |
the campsite reception team decides on the allocation of pitches, trying to respect the wishes of the guests.
|
| Silence at night: |
silence must be observed between 23:00 and 07:00 am.
Any activity that causes noise, such as listening to music, talking loudly, etc., is forbidden during this period.
The campsite manager is authorised to remove everyone from the campsite who disturbs the peace at night.

| Valuables: |
Camping Bellavista does not assume any responsibility for any damage or theft!
|
| Drone: |
they are not allowed in the campsite area (including the lake area up to the raft). We are in a no-fly zone!
|
| Fire: |
No open fires are allowed on the campsite. It is permitted to grill in the barbecue facilities or grills, with the necessary precautions.
|
| Kayaks/paddle boats/boats: |
can be hired at the reception. Camping Bellavista assumes no responsibility for insurance coverage for any user who rents or uses the item in question.
|
| Drugs: |
drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited!
|
| Refrigerator: |
is primarily available to Tent campers. No glass bottles or drinks are allowed. The freezer is only to use for ice.
|
| Fishing: |
permits and regulations must be obtained from the municipality of Gambarogno or at the Tourist Office.
|
| Waste/ Bulky Goods: |
dumping bulky waste is strictly forbidden!
